INTERNET
Free Wi-Fi is available in the room, lobby, restaurant, bar, fitness area, and meeting room. To ensure peace, coverage is not available inside the spa.
GARAGE
The Hotel offers its guests four private garages and two uncovered parking spots within the facility, free of charge.
TRANSFER
It is possible to book a taxi or private transfer throughout your stay.
RATES
Our pricing structure is flexible and does not have a fixed rate list. Rates may vary based on availability, dates, and length of stay. All prices include overnight accommodation, buffet breakfast, access to the spa (exclusive use for couples upon reservation), Wi-Fi internet access, garage or parking spot, service, and VAT.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
The room and spa services will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Any early check-in will be agreed upon upon arrival, subject to the hotel’s availability. Check-out for the room and spa services is scheduled for noon. Requests to extend this time may be granted based on availability. Extending the room usage time incurs an additional charge.
CHILDREN
To ensure the relaxation and tranquillity of each stay at Il Mansio, the facility is reserved for adults only (16+).
TREATMENT RESERVATION
We suggest booking in advance to ensure availability for the desired treatments. The SPA reception is available at the number +39 030 670 0385 .
If you need to cancel a treatment reservation, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the treatments will be charged.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and common areas.
PETS
Some hotel rooms are specifically designed to welcome four-legged friends. Only small dogs (max 10 kg) are allowed, accompanied by an international booklet certifying the presence of a microchip and annual vaccinations. The daily supplement is €20,00 per dog, and confirmation of the availability of dedicated rooms occurs at the time of booking. Dogs are not allowed in the spa and gym areas.
EXTERNAL VISITORS
To preserve the silence and tranquillity that characterise a stay at Il Mansio and to protect the privacy of guests, access to the rooms is exclusively reserved for hotel guests.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment at check-out can be made in cash (for Italian citizens only for amounts less than €5.000,00 starting from 01/01/2023, by law no. 197 29/12/2022), by credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, China UnionPay, and PagoBancomat), or by bank check. At check-in, a pre-authorization of the total amount for the stay will be made on the provided credit card to guarantee the reservation.
CITY TAX
The city tax is €1 per person, per night, to be paid at check-out.
